Service Description
This retreat day has been lovingly created to provide you with some much needed space from the everyday. Together, through nature connection, meditation, time in the hammocks and other nurturing activities, we will gently welcome in the spring time. Spring marks the time when all is starting to come into being, however nothing rushes. This will be the theme of this retreat day, a gentle connection with the seasonal energies, an awakening from our winter slumber - imagine the unfurling of a fern. This day will provide a pause, time for reflection and space to be together in nature and in circle. A vegetarian lunch will be included in this event

Cancellation Policy
One off event - If you need to cancel your booking, please give me as much notice as possible. I will then attempt to fill your space. If I am able to fill your space, I will refund you (minus the booking fee) or you will be able to carry your booking forward. If I am not able to fill your space, I am afraid that I am not able to offer refunds. I also regret that I am not able to offer refunds for illness.
