A space to breathe...
For the woman who has spent a lifetime holding it all together
You’ve been carrying so much for so long.
And now… something is shifting.
What you once held with ease now feels heavy.
You’re questioning the way you’ve been living.
You notice how often you’ve silenced your needs.
How quickly you swallow your emotions.
You wonder if the heaviness…
the fatigue…
the disconnection…
means something is wrong with you.
It doesn't.
It’s what happens when a woman has never been given space to breathe...
Somewhere along the way, you learned your emotions weren’t safe.
You may have been told, or quietly believed, that your feelings were too intense, your needs too inconvenient, or your emotions something to control.
So you adapted yourself to fit and be accepted, you taught yourself to be the good girl
You held it together and you just kept going.
For along time that worked, it even felt normal. It was all you knew, it was your truth.
Until now
Now, in this stage of your life, something is shifting, what you have been holding in, is beginning to rise.
Your body feels it.
Your nervous system feels it.
The voice inside that started quietly saying...
I don’t want to live the rest of my life like this.
is growing louder
This isn't something breaking, this is something awakening
Imagine feeling more grounded in your body, even as life and emotions shift. Not by controlling what you feel but by no longer abandoning yourself inside it.
Imagine being able to stay present with what is happening within you, without immediately pushing it away or judging yourself for it.
Imagine learning how to sit with your emotions without fear of them taking over.
And imagine moving through your life feeling more connected to yourself— more honest, more steady, and more anchored in who you are becoming.

Welcome to Feminine Embodied Nature Coaching
This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about increasing your capacity to stay.
You don't have to keep silencing, escaping or holding everything in alone.
Through Feminine Embodied Nature Coaching,
I support women to slow down, come back into their bodies,
and learn to sit with their emotions safely.
So they can stop abandoning themselves
and move forward with more clarity and truth.
It's time to move from avoidance to emotional presence, from disconnection to body awareness and from self-silencing to authentic expression.
Hello, I am Marie....

Your trauma trained, Feminine Embodied Nature Coach.
I offer this deeply important work because I know what it feels like to hold the image
of the strong one, yet under the surface lives quiet exhaustion.
For years, I held everything together while losing connection with myself, believing
my emotions were too much and my needs inconvenient.
When I turned 40, everything began to unravel in subtle and not so subtle ways. The world I
had carefully held together started to feel unfamiliar, and the quiet exhaustion I’d been carrying rose to the surface.
Continuing as I was simply wasn’t possible. I made the decision to begin unraveling the layers of who I had been, creating space for who I am still becoming.
Guided by nature, anchored in my body, this is the path I now walk - holding space for women, as they begin to live and feel in a way that is truly their own..
This space is for you if...
-
Something no longer fits, even if you can’t quite explain why.
-
You feel disconnected from yourself, your body, or your emotions
-
You may have self abandoned, you are not sure what you need
-
You’re questioning your work, your direction, or how you want to live
-
You sense there must be another way, but don’t yet know what it looks like

"Thank you for the sessions, they have allowed me to find more balance than I have had in years"
"I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted already, I feel like I am being a little less squashed, have the space to breathe and a little bit of light is radiating out of my soul! It has been a long road, and one which I don’t think I would have dared to venture down without your help. The work we did earlier in the year has kept me dreaming of that space, lighter and yet grounded and it is slowly becoming a reality."
